Golden Rule, L.C.C. is dedicated to providing rental property, construction and real estate development services in Western Washington.

We recognize the unique nature of the real estate industry.  A business based on fundamental principles of economics, but also the means of providing the human needs of comfort and shelter to people and the ones they care for.  It is this unique nature of real estate that we feel requires applying the principles of respect, responsibility and integrity.   We conduct business by following one rule of business;
